Ajman's real estate sector recorded a significant upswing in the third quarter of 2025, with property transactions rising by 47 percent year-on-year to AED8.12 billion (USD 2.21 billion). This growth reflects increasing investor confidence, strategic development initiatives, and the emirate's expanding appeal as a competitive property investment destination in the UAE.

Transaction Breakdown
According to the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, the quarter saw a total of 5,048 real estate transactions. Of these, 4,102 were trading transactions amounting to AED5.22 billion, while 633 mortgage transactions contributed AED1.19 billion. The remaining deals included property valuations and certifications, underscoring the department’s commitment to regulatory transparency and service efficiency.

High-Performing Areas and Projects
Al Rumaila 3 emerged as the top-performing area in terms of sales value, recording AED300 million in transactions. Emirates City led the list of most active projects, followed by City Towers and Ajman One. Residential neighborhoods such as Al Helio 2, Al Helio 1, and Al Yasmeen also saw strong activity, driven by demand from both end-users and investors seeking long-term rental yields.

Government Perspective
Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, attributed the surge to Ajman’s supportive business environment and the diversity of real estate offerings. He emphasized that the emirate's streamlined regulatory framework and digital transformation initiatives have played a key role in attracting investment.
