Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has awarded the main construction contract for its landmark DIFC Heights Tower, a new $817 million (AED 3 billion) mixed‑use development set to redefine luxury living and premium commercial space within Dubai's financial district. Positioned on the final remaining plot in DIFC's original Gate District land bank, the project will introduce 366 high‑end residences alongside Grade A offices and curated retail, reinforcing DIFC's status as one of the world's fastest‑growing financial hubs. The appointment of Al Basti & Muktha (ABM) as the main contractor marks a major milestone for the development, which is scheduled for completion in 2029 and designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification, reflecting DIFC's commitment to sustainable, future‑ready urban architecture.

DIFC Heights Tower will feature an elegant geometric facade and a sophisticated mix of one‑ to four‑bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses spread across 32 residential floors. Residents will enjoy panoramic views of Dubai Creek Harbour, Sheikh Zayed Road, and select Burj Khalifa vistas, along with a premium lifestyle offering that includes a temperature‑controlled pool, cinema room, family lounge, fitness facilities, and biophilic smart workspaces. The tower's seven floors of Grade A office space will cater to global financial firms seeking modern, flexible environments within DIFC's thriving ecosystem, while the retail and dining options integrated into Gate Avenue will enhance the district's walkable, community‑driven experience.

This major investment aligns with DIFC's long‑term expansion strategy, complementing the recently announced AED 100 billion DIFC Zabeel District. Together, these developments strengthen Dubai's ambition to position DIFC among the world’s top four financial centres. The addition of new luxury homes in a supply‑constrained district is expected to attract strong interest from investors and end‑users seeking premium residences in one of Dubai's most prestigious urban locations. With construction now underway, DIFC Heights Tower is set to become a defining architectural landmark and a key driver of DIFC's next phase of growth.
