According to Dubai Land Department data, the emirate recorded AED 9.83 billion ($2.7 billion) in total real estate transactions during the reporting period. One of the most significant transactions recorded during the week was the sale of an office unit in Lumena Alta by Omniyat, Business Bay, which changed hands for AED 41.8 million ($11.4 million). The deal highlights the growing appeal of prime office space in Dubai's leading commercial districts as businesses continue to expand their presence in the emirate.Business Bay remains a key business hub due to its strategic location, proximity to Downtown Dubai, and access to major transport networks, attracting demand from both investors and corporate occupiers.
Luxury Residential Sales Continue to Drive the Market
Alongside the notable Business Bay office transaction, several high-value residential deals were recorded across Dubai's luxury property market. These included:An apartment in Muraba Veil, Dubai Water Canal, sold for AED 31.6 million ($8.6 million). An apartment in Orla by Omniyat, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED 29.4 million ($8 million).

Mortgage Activity Exceeds AED 2bn
The Dubai Land Department data also showed healthy financing activity, with mortgage transactions reaching AED 2.01 billion ($547 million) during the week.
