Infrastructure Scope: Roads, Utilities, and Island-Wide Connectivity

The contract includes:

Internal roadworks across the 636-unit Bay Villas community

Installation of essential utilities including water, electricity, sewage, and telecom systems

Seamless integration with Dubai Islands broader infrastructure network

This foundational phase ensures long-term operational efficiency, enhanced livability, and sustained property value for residents and investors.
