Sharjah's real estate market continued its impressive growth trajectory in August 2026, recording property transactions worth AED4.6 billion ($1.25 billion) across 9,139 transactions. Title deed transactions followed with 2,658 deals, while initial sales contract transactions reached 978. Meanwhile, Al Khan registered the month's largest mortgage transaction involving built-in land valued at AED100 million. Within Sharjah City, which accounted for 1,676 sales transactions, Muwaileh Commercial emerged as the most active area with 278 transactions. It was followed by Al Sajaa Industrial with 174 sales, Al Menhaz with 172 transactions, and Al Khan with 144 deals.When measured by transaction value, Al Menhaz topped the rankings with AED610.9 million in property trades. Tilal secured second place with AED356.8 million, while Al Waaha recorded AED349.4 million, further highlighting investor interest in established and emerging communities across the emirate.

The property boom was not limited to Sharjah City. The Central Region recorded 555 sales transactions, with Industrial 2 leading both transaction volume and trading value at AED355 million. Meanwhile, Khor Fakkan registered 91 sales transactions, led by Hay Al Mudeife 1, which also achieved the city's highest trading value of AED52.8 million.
