Al-Metraq topped the charts in volume with 354 sales deals

Muwailih Commercial followed closely with 258 transactions and led in value at AED 352 million

Tilal, a fast-developing destination, recorded 135 transactions

Mortgage Activity and Market Health

Mortgage transactions were also strong, with 381 deals totaling over AED 1.1 billion, signaling healthy demand from buyers leveraging long-term financing options.
