Dubai, UAE - September 19, 2025 - In a strategic move to reinforce transparency and innovation in Dubai's property sector, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has appointed Abdullah Ahmed Mohammed Saleh Al Shehi as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

The appointment was formalized through Executive Council Resolution No. (73) of 2025, which also transferred Al Shehi from his previous role at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment. The resolution is effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
